DRESSING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsps finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
SALAD:
1 lg head romaine lettuce torn in pieces
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup cashews dry-roasted
1/4 cup craisins
1 apple cubed
1 pear cubed
DRESSING:
Blend all ingredients except poppy seeds in blender or food processor. Add poppy seeds last & process only to mix.
